The fenced private garden is about 180 sq m and has a large 30 sq m porch with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, two sun loungers, and a hammock.

The house is on the ground floor with an extension of about 70 square meters.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave and 180-liter refrigerator with freezer as well as a single bed with cushions for sofa use and pull-out bed, double bedroom with the possibility of two extra beds, bathroom with shower and window, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and window.

The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV; the air conditioner can be used with a supplement to be paid for locally.
