The Limonaia building is located a few steps from the swimming pool with a large basin dedicated to children; this accommodation has a private garden of about 60 square meters where children can play their games.

The porch of about 30 square meters is equipped with a barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, two sun loungers, and a hammock.

The house is on the ground floor with an extension of about 45 square meters.
It consists of a large living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave and 180-liter refrigerator with freezer, single bed with cushions for sofa use and pull-out bed, bathroom with large shower and large double bedroom window with the possibility of two extra beds and a bathroom with large shower and window.

The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV; the air conditioner can be used with a supplement to be paid locally.
